What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Interac E-Transfer. Please contact us at support@weedom.ca if you have any questions/issues regarding E-Transfers. You will receive your shipment after the E-Transfer has been processed.

What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, we charge a flat rate of $15.
What happens after I send my E-Transfer Payment?
The order will be processed and may take up to two business days. The order will be marked as processing and will not be processed until an E-Transfer has been received.
Do I have to set up an account before I submit an order?
It’s recommended to set up an account for our member’s club where you can accumulate points towards future purchases. There is also a guest checkout option as well.
Is your packaging discrete?
Yes, the outside of the package won’t have any labels that disclose the contents of the package or that it came from Weedom Botanics.
Can I return or exchange an online purchase?
In order for a replacement / refund to take place, we must receive a picture of the damaged or defective product within one day of receiving the delivery. Please send photos and a description of the issue to support@weedom.ca and our customer service representatives will get back to you.
How secure is the shipping?
Your order will be sealed properly to protect your purchase and privacy. We ship all orders through Canada Post so you can be sure your order will be sent discreetly and securely.
Do you ship to the US/international?
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to Canadian addresses.
I received the wrong order/ my package has not shown up, what should I do?
Please contact us at support@weedom.ca and our customer representatives will assist you. In the case of a missing package, we will do our best to locate your order with Canada Post.

We track your product using Canada Post’s tracking system. Canada Post can take up to five business days to complete the process. If the package is found, they will ship it to you within a 2-3 business days. Refunds cannot be issued if lateness occurred due to Canada Post. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if Canada Post marked the package as “Delivered” when tracking. The best way to avoid problems with shipping is to confirm that we have your correct shipping address.
